United Way’s Drive-Thru Breakfast May 29

May 28, 2015
Drive, walk, or bike your way through the United Way Drive-thru Breakfast hosted by the United Way of Montgomery, Radford and Floyd at the Hampton Inn in Christiansburg on May 29, 2015, from 6:00-9:00 a.m.

For a $10 donation, you can pick up a full, delicious breakfast bag stuffed with a hot biscuit courtesy of the Hampton Inn, a fresh bagel from Blacksburg Bagels, fruit, granola bar, a freshly brewed Starbucks coffee, and a copy of The News Messenger. Other sponsors include Kroger, Food Lion, and Wade’s Foods. A few lucky customers will win a grand prize provided by Todd’s Jewelry hidden in their bags!

Justina Sumpter, Marketing and Development Manager of the United Way of Montgomery, Radford and Floyd expressed her excitement for the breakfast event, “We are thrilled to bring this new fundraiser to our community. We are especially excited that with each $10 contribution a donor makes to purchase a breakfast bag, 100% of that contribution will go directly to United Way. Each gift will stay in our local community to provide for critical human and health needs. This is made possible because all food will be donated by our generous sponsors.”

The Hampton Inn is located at 380 Arbor Drive in Christiansburg. For more information on the event or about the United Way of Montgomery, Radford and Floyd and its partnering agencies, please call (540) 381-2066 or email info@unitedwaynrv.org.
