FIRST Chesapeake District presents a FIRST Tech Challenge Tournament
In FIRST Tech Challenge, teams with 5-15 team members in grades 7-12, are challenged to design, build, program, and operate robots to compete in a head-to-head challenge in an alliance format in this district qualifier tournament.
Teams are evaluated not only on robot performance, but their STEM outreach, control system, an engineering notebook, and a concept FIRST robotics calls gracious professionalism.
NRV Robotics will host a FIRST Lego League Explore Expo from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM during the tournament. FIRST Lego League Explore Expo provide an opportunity for teams comprised of children ages 5-8 to showcase their work, meet other teams, and celebrate.
