Your studio ticket price includes up to 2 glasses of wine or 1 beer (IN STUDIO CLASSES ONLY).
Per ABC regulations, we cannot offer both to the same guest. Our guests are always welcome to bring any non-alcoholic beverages and food they would like to our public events. We start painting at the scheduled time of class. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class time so you have two full hours to paint your masterpiece. Due to COVID19 restrictions, we cannot accommodate walk-in guests
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR COUPON OFFERS, Coupons not accepted for Friday & Saturday Night classes, pre-discounted classes, specialty classes, private parties, or DIY. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
Our evening classes are designed for Adults, however we allow children as young as 5 in our evening classes on Sunday to Thursday, and in our daytime classes on Saturday and Sunday. Friday and Saturday evenings are reserved for adult guests, children 16 and up may attend these classes if accompanied by a paying adult.
No Infants or Toddlers in Adult Classes. Each person present in studio must have a paid seat. Due to limitations placed by our governor on number of guests allowed in our studio, ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A PAID TICKET.
If meeting a friend(s) please list the NAME(S) OF ATTENDEES IN COMMENT BOX so we can seat you together.
Lastly, please remember that our artists work really hard to ensure you have a good time and go home with a painting you are proud of, so if you want to show your appreciation, please bring cash the day of your event to tip your artist. If you forget cash, your artist can accept tips via credit card. We look forward to painting with you! **Cancellation policy: ALL SALES FINAL. To receive a 30-day credit toward another class you must email at least 48 hours before an event. If you have used a coupon, you will receive credit for the amount actually paid - coupons have no cash value. If less than 48 hours notice is given, there will be a $15.00 supply/staffing/rescheduling/credit code creation fee per ticket subtracted from your credit. No credits will be given to no-shows. If you need to transfer to another class, you must make that request in writing. You will receive a coupon code within 48 hours to use to transfer to the class of your choice. Coupon codes will be issued for the amount actually paid for the class. Transfers cannot be made over the phone.
If there is a threat of inclement weather or if the event has low attendance, it is subject to rescheduled or canceled. If this is the case, you will be given a credit for another class of equal value that you can use within 90 days. Thank you!
