Welcome to the "Kids CAN" Online Camps, where creativity knows no bounds! There's NO HOMEWORK, JUST FUN! Our engaging and educational camps start June 3rd and are open year-round! With 3-weeks of content, they're bite-sized with a big impact, designed to inspire and empower young minds to explore their passions. With online camps ranging from coding and game development to storytelling and STEM investigation, there's something for every child to discover and enjoy.
Our camps are for all ages and can be taken ANYWHERE, ANYTIME! They also feature Zoom office hours, allowing participants to embark on their learning journey at their own pace. Each course provides interactive lessons, mentorship, and opportunities for students to showcase their achievements, whether it's publishing a book, creating a Roblox game, writing original songs, or delving into the latest scientific discoveries. Each course is designed with 3-4 weeks of content. That being said, they're very customizable to account for schedules.
The courses can be self-paced and students will have 1-year access. Learning is asynchronous, but there are weekly synchronous office hours on Zoom. Contact eleamaria@vt.edu with any questions!
