Spring ID Camp
ESA at Virginia Tech ID Camps are the best way for a recruit to experience what Virginia Tech Women's Soccer is all about. These camps are intended for female players in grades 8 - 12 who are looking to experience a Top 25 ACC soccer program. This one-day camp dates: April 6 (This day includes spring exhibition match VT vs UNC Greensboro), May 4 or June 9, 2024. The cost of each day camp is $175 and includes lunch. More Information Here!
Summer ID Camp

Day Camp
A 5 day non-residential camp for young soccer players. The focus of the camp is on teaching basic soccer skills; such as passing, shooting, dribbling, and combination play. The focus is on fun and education, and the variety of exercises will challenge new players and returning campers alike. Many of the Virginia Tech Men's and Women's Soccer players staff this camp. All campers receive a Virginia Tech Soccer t-shirt for attending. Camp dates for 2024 are: June 3 - 7, 2024 from 9 AM - 12 PM daily. Ages 4 - 12. Advanced Technical Training Camp
Each session is designed to develop players’ skills (technique applied during a game), game insight (tactical awareness), individual technique (ball mastery), and fitness (speed, agility, quickness).
Daily Camp Overview:
– Dynamic Warm-Up
– Technical Skill Building
– Tactical Skill Activity
– Scrimmage Game for Application
The curriculum will focus on enhanced technical development and game education, along with speed, agility, and quickness training. This camp is designed for the serious club player looking to take their technical game to the next level. This camp will run July 8 - July 11, 2024, from 5:30 - 8 pm each night. Residential Camp
Our Elite Prospect Residential Camp is designed for rising 6th – 12th-grade female players. This camp is designed with the serious club player in mind, who is looking for an on-campus view of the Virginia Tech Women’s Soccer program. The curriculum is set up to provide high-level technical and tactical training to showcase the demands of collegiate soccer. Goalkeeper-specific training is available during this camp. Campers will also have the opportunity to learn about important areas of the collegiate process, including nutrition, sports psychology, and strength and conditioning. Campers stay in campus housing and all meals are provided. Teams are welcome at this experience and will receive discounted fees. Before camp, teams will consult with the ESA staff to design a curriculum based on their needs for the coming season. Coaches can receive discounted room and board and are welcome to attend. Camp dates for 2024 are: July 14 - 17, 2024. Rising 6th - 12th graders. The cost for this residential camp is $625. More Information Here!
