Opened in 2009, Bull & Bones Brewhaus & Grill is a locally owned brewpub with both an upscale dining room and a separate sports bar with a casual dining area. The brewpub is located in the new “First and Main” of Blacksburg on South Main Street in Blacksburg, Virginia.
Fresh lager and ale is handcrafted and served on site and the brewery is visible through glass walls throughout the restaurant. Bull & Bones Brewhaus & Grill serves wood-fired barbeque, ribs, chicken, seafood, steaks, and vegetarian entrees.
Bull & Bones Brewhaus & Grill is one of the few establishments in the New River Valley area to have southern smoked barbecue, ribs, and assorted meats and vegetables. There is also an outdoor dining area where some dishes are made tableside over an open flame.
The casual dining area and the sports bar are separated by the brewing area. The sports bar is the entertainment destination featuring HDTV’s and championship billiard tables.

Service was amazing. Note that they were not at full capacity. But everyone was working the whole time. The food was delicious. My son got a kids burger which was almost the same size as mine. He loved it and he doesn't like much. I got the burger with beef brisket and BBQ sauce. Amazing, one of the best burgers I've had. Beer battered onion rings are really good also. Will return very soon!

I along with family and close friends had a great dinner here last Sunday! We could really tell the Owners & Managers here really want to rise to the occasion and remain the go-to establishment here in Blacksburg. This atmosphere is awesome and their standards are first class! Facility was very clean and the bathrooms were very suitable for my kids which goes a long way. Service was on point too!
Bottom Line...Bull & Bones is second to none and will remain to be one of Blacksburg's best all-around venues.
