Want to support the Blacksburg Athletic Club and have a fun-filled evening?
Come join us for our annual spring social fundraiser to raise funds for and support all our BHS student athletes! This special event will take place on March 23, 2024 from 7 - 10 PM at the University Club at Virginia Tech.
Get ready to shoot some hoops and make a positive impact in our community! We are excited to invite you to our March Madness Social Fundraiser, where we'll have a fun-filled night of supporting Blacksburg student athletes. Lots of March Madness themed foods, games, prizes and a wonderful silent auction with some amazing baskets to bid on! Food and beverages will be served from the incredible University Club staff.
Each March Madness Social Ticket includes 2 drink tickets and heavy hors d'oeuvres. There will be games to include putt-putt, a guess the score board, heads or tails, basket auction and live auction. Additional drink tickets may be purchased at the event.
The fundraising goal of the Blacksburg Athletic Club is to not only provide the athletic department with at least $25,000 annually for general operating expenses (referees, travel, equipment, capital improvement projects, etc.) but we also to aim for bigger contributions as we did when replacing the grass with synthetic turf in Bill Brown Stadium.

How to Donate Silent Auction Items: We are currently seeking donations of "big ticket" items we can auction off! Some donations we've received in the past include stays at beach houses or vacation getaways, tickets to local college sports games, autographed memorabilia, etc. If you have anything you'd be willing to donate for this springs silent auction, please let one of the BAC board members know. We can provide a tax donation letter to you and hopefully raise funds for our student athletes!! Thank you so much in advance for your consideration!!!
