Upward Basketball and Cheerleading at GraceLife Baptist Church has been around since 2004. Upward Sports is the world’s largest Christian sports league for kids, it has become the place to play fun sports for over half a million families in the United States and Canada. GraceLife offers basketball and cheer leagues to kids between kindergarten through 6th grade. Our program builds self-esteem, respect for authority, and allows spiritual growth. It’s a great way for your child to have fun, meet new friends, and develop their skills. There are also numerous ways parents can get involved by volunteering to coach, referee, score keep or helping at the concessions.
We are jump starting our 2023-2024 season soon and registration is open. You can register easily through gracelifefamily.org/upward. We will have open gym evaluations for basketball players on October 23rd and 24th. Please plan to join us on your scheduled evening.
1st and 2nd grade- 6:00PM-6:35PM
3rd and 4th grade- 6:40PM-7:15PM
5th and 6th grade- 7:20PM-8:00PM
Team assignments will happen in November, practices begin the first week of December, and games begin the weekend of January 12.
