Pace-O-Matic and Collins Amusement will be joining Gearheads For A Cause in hosting a SMART Modified Tour Pre Race event and Car Show September 30th from 4pm to 8pm. This event will take place at Macado’s located at 19 W Main Street Christiansburg, VA 24073. Donations will benefit the Montgomery County Christmas Store.
The Montgomery County Christmas Store is a non-denominational, all-volunteer, community-wide, non-profit organization that assists eligible low-income individuals and families in Montgomery County during the Holiday Season by providing a shopping experience characterized by choice and dignity. Since 1982; 40 years of service, the Christmas Store has served local families providing clothing, food, toys, shoes, household supplies and more. Their shelves are stocked with new merchandise to offer their shoppers a wide variety. The Christmas Store’s all volunteer staff (except bookkeeping services) is close to 1,000 local volunteers who participate in stocking, assisting shoppers and much more. Last year with the community's incredible support and their amazing volunteers, the Montgomery County Christmas Store was able to help over 1,372 families.
There will be no admission or registration fee and all proceeds will go to the Montgomery County Christmas Store. We would be most appreciative if you would consider either a monetary donation or items to be raffled off at the show to raise further funds.
