4-H Fun Dog Show!

Our area 4-H programs are hosting a fun dog show for youth interested in learning more about 4-H dog projects and other canine activities. The show will be held on Friday, August 4, 6-7 p.m. at the Salem Civic Center. The Fun Dog Show is open to 4-H youth, ages 9-18.  Classes will include: Best Groomed, Best Trick, Best Costume, Dog that looks most like a celebrity, Biggest and Smallest Dog and the Dog the judge would choose to take home with them!  There will be ribbons and prizes for all participants.  AKC members from the Mountain Valley Cluster Dog Show (https://www.visitroanokeva.com/events/mountain-valley-cluster-dog-show/42232/)  that will run in conjunction with  the 4-H fun dog show will share information about best in show classes, etc.; kids may also enjoy watching some of the AKC show as well.  Check out the included link above.
