We are excited to announce Winterplace will be hosting it's first Family Festival. We can't wait to see everyone on the slopes, having fun in the park, and enjoying our 40th Anniversary Season! Two full days are stocked full of ski, snowboard and tubing fun, activities and food. You can look forward to the first Family Race and Mini Big Air Contest of the season. They will also have face painting, costume contests, chainsaw carving, live music and food trucks! It's all happening at Winterplace this weekend!

Family Race
This season we are starting Family Races at Winterplace. These races will consist of teams of one parent and one child under the age of 12. Both members of your team will get two runs. We will keep the time of your best runs combined. Family Races take place on the Panorama/Glades Trail. Registration will be on the second floor of the Resort Center from 11:00am-1:00pm. Registered teams can get in some practice laps from 1:00pm-2:00pm. The race will begin at 2:00pm!

Mini Big Air Contest at Heaven Holler Park
This Big Air Contest is for shredders up to 12 years old. Taking place at our new Heaven Holler Terrain Park. Registration will be on the second floor of the Resort Center from 11:00am-1:00pm. Participants will have one hour to get in some practice laps from 1:00pm-2:00pm. The contest will consist of three runs per participant and be crowd judged. The top 3 boys and girls will be awarded some cool resort prizes! Come join in on the fun or just watch, either way it will be a great time!
