Spring Lacrosse
The Spring Recreation League is our main time for playing lacrosse. Our boys and girls teams play other lacrosse clubs in the greater Roanoke region (including Salem, Roanoke, Cave Spring, Forest and Lexington). Teams are divided by age group and gender according to the USA Lacrosse Age and Ability Guidelines, and teams are constructed and managed to allow players of all experience levels to participate.
1st - 8th graders

K - League
The K-league is designed to get kids interested in staying active through lacrosse. Each session in this program builds lacrosse skills through fun drills and games. Games are non-contact and played with a soft ball. K-league is played locally, so no travel is involved. Both boys and girls work with parents and coaches to learn lacrosse and have fun!
Ages: 5 - 6
Season: March 27th - May 8th
1 hour practice, one day per week
