Starting September 27, through November 11 the VT Psychological Services Center will have a Teen Therapy Group. This group is for for teens in high school who are struggling with: Anxiety, Depression, Perfectionism, Low Self-Esteem, School Performance, Loneliness, Concerns about Eating and more. Teens will work on challenging negative thoughts, developing coping strategies, expressing and regulating emotions, strengthening social skills, and maintaining a healthy perspective on eating and school performances. The cost for each session is $15.
