Summer is a busy time at New River Valley Pediatrics! We are working to get patients in for back to school and sports physicals to make sure they are healthy for a great start to the school year! It is important for patients to come in for yearly wellness physicals so our pediatricians can provide comprehensive health supervision throughout the year. Our office will do school and sport physicals in conjunction with the yearly wellness physicals, free of charge under most insurance policies. If you have not scheduled your yearly physical, please give us a call!
We are excited to welcome Dr. Breann Bailey to the New River Valley Pediatrics family.Dr. Bailey is a graduate of Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine at Marshall University. She comes back to the area after working at Capitol Pediatrics in Midlothian, Virginia. Dr. Bailey will be seeing patients in both the Blacksburg and Radford offices. We are excited to welcome Dr. Bailey and family back to the New River Valley!
We are having our first Back to School Kickoff event on Saturday, August 6th at the Radford Office from 11-1! We will have snacks, crafts, police cars, fire trucks, and raffles at this event! This will be a great time to meet Dr. Bailey. We are also accepting school supply donations during the week of August 1st-5th at all locations. We will continue to accept school supply donations at our event on Saturday, August 6th. We hope to see you there!
