Gotta’ love Pepperidge Farm.
Not only have they brought us Goldfish for more than fifty years, but Pepperidge Farm traces it's roots to the efforts of a young mother of three trying to bake bread free of preservatives and suitable for her allergy ridden son. That was 1937.
This summer, Pepperidge Farm celebrated its 75th anniversary with the introduction of a collection of new goodies.
The Macaroni Kid family recently had the opportunity to taste test a star in that new collection: Milano Slices Salted Pretzel. Picture a thin, crunchy Milano, topped with chocolate and generously sprinkled with salted pretzel bits. It’s a sophisticated cookie and, at less than 50 calories each, a perfect indulgence.
Pepperidge Farm was a sponsor of the 2012 Macaroni Kid Publisher Mom Meet Up.
