After a long day at work and an afternoon chasing kids to after school activities, do you often wonder what’s for dinner?  Does the drive-thru window attendant know your order when she sees your car approaching?  Do you resort to frozen pizza, freezer nuggets or cold cereal for supper?  We’ve all been there!  I’ve been guilty too many times lately of breaking the bank going out to eat, simply because I had not planned better for our evening meal.

On a recent Sunday afternoon, five friends met me in the kitchen, each with $150 in groceries, gallon-sized freezer bags, and a cooler packed with ice waiting to receive the finished product: Dinners Done! They had each choosen a menu and given a shopping list for meals includes chicken, beef, pork, vegetraian and Paleo recipes. In about three hours we had chopped, grated, peeled, shredded and measured ingredients preparing ten healthy meals to bring home and freeze, solving the dinner challenge for about two weeks.

Attendees had the use of the best kitchen tools, knives, cutting boards, slicers & choppers from The Pampered Chef, and the consultant  wlaked them through recipes, kept the workspace tidy & tools cleaned and ready to use again. Menus included a combination meats, vegetarian and  Paleo recipes, all flavored with Pampered Chef seasonings. These meals can be made in a crockpot or cooked in only 30 minutes in the microwave in a Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker.
